CORPUS CHRISTI (Kiii News) - A controversial issue is being debated at Flour Bluff High School: Should a student be allowed to start an on-campus gay and lesbian support club?
The Flour Bluff superintendent says she will not approve any on-campus meetings of a club like that, but the students who want it say that amounts to unfair discrimination. Currently, students from Flour Bluff high school are meeting on the campus of A&M Corpus Christi along with members of the university's gay straight alliance. The groups are talking about the next step, which is a planned protest in front of the high school.
