MSNBC - Big Week For Gay Rights

Thomas Roberts talks with Dan Stone (Newsweek) about this weeks progress in gay rights including President Obama appointing first male and openly gay social secretary Jeremy Bernard, the decision to no longer defend DOMA, Maryland State Senate approves gay marriage & the Hawaii Senate passed a bill that would legalize civil unions.

  1. "Laws" devised to single out and disenfranchise Gay people and ONLY Gay people,
    are unconstitutional.

    Now the activist antu-gay lawyers, judges and politicians will have to stand down, since they will never be able to prove Gay people "need" to be denied Due Process very much longer.

    In the wake of the destroyed Flop 8 in California, the writing is engraved on the proverbial wall regarding the Nation's assortment of illegal anti-gay legislation.

    History will bear this out.
