Newly launched OutMilitary.com offers social networking for gay soldiers
Despite the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell’s awaiting implementation, Out Military creator and web designer John McKinnon feels that a social networking site for gay soldiers “is a natural fit” and launched the website a week ago. So far it only has 53 members, but I’m sure those numbers will grow. Several of the site’s users told Reuters that they hope to share their stories of being gay in the military and help others going through the struggles (if any).

As of Jan. 4 the site was up to 1055 members...looks like they are adding about 200 members/day
