Freedom to Marry supporters have just sent us a shocking leaflet from the Minnesota Family Council -- a group closely connected to the so-called "National Organization for Marriage." In their own words, NOM plans to "stop the gay marriage movement in its tracks."
The leaflet claims that they are in a "conflict between good and evil" and that "God has uniquely positioned Minnesota Family Council" to restore "moral and spiritual foundations." What's worse is they've just announced their plan to spend $5 million to enact their radical right-wing agenda to ban marriage for gay and lesbian couples.

This isn't the first time we've witnessed anti-gay groups launch multimillion dollar attack campaigns aimed at demonizing gay people and their families.
In Iowa, NOM led the campaign to oust judges who voted in favor of ending marriage discrimination. In New Hampshire, NOM is running a campaign of intimidation to force legislators to repeal that state's marriage law.
In states like California, Maine and New York, NOM has worked to evade campaign finance disclosure laws. In each of these instances, one thing remains the same: NOM is systematically working to divide our country and reinforce anti-gay discrimination.
